The order has arrived incorrectly
To avoid possible mistakes with the references and characteristics of the products you have ordered, these are prepared and reviewed by several operators.
If, despite the above, the product received is not the one you ordered, you must send us an email to ventas@igan-iluminacion.com indicating the order reference and images of the packaging and products that help us manage the incident as soon as possible.
In this case we will assume the replacement costs and proceed to the replacement of the correct product (without any charge for the customer) in the shortest possible time.
IMPORTANT: Sometimes manufacturers make updates regarding the characteristics of the LED, color tones, slight changes in size, etc..
