In compliance with the Law on Retail Trade (Law 7/1996) referring to distance selling it provides that the customer has the right to return products purchased within 30 days from the date of reception, without require any justification.
The direct cost of returning and the choice of the transit agency are borne by the customer. Igan Iluminacion will pay the amount of the product but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items must be returned in perfect condition and with all manuals, cables, packaging, etc.
After checking the perfect condition of the material will proceed to their payment by the same way as the original payment was made.
* In custom made products, product customizations or artisanal manufacturing returns are not accepted.
CLAIMS BREAKAGE BY TRANSPORT
Claims due to the poor condition of the goods by breakage in shipping or delivery error should be communicated in within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to email@example.com. In this case the shipping will be paid by Igan lighting and proceed to his immediate replacement by another equally without any charge to the customer.
No claim for breakage in the transport will be accepted after 24 hours from the reception of the order.
How to request a return
To request a return should come into their own:
- Access my account.
- "History and details orders" in your account.
- Select the product/s being returned by checking the box.
- (optional) Add an explanation, so our team can understand why you want to return the product.
Once the form is completed, you must click on the "Send request for return" button. After receiving the request we will contact you to confirm the process and we'll send the goods to our facilities (data at the bottom of the page) by the transport agency desired.
How to do a return
Once requested, print the form (RMA) or copy of the order and insert in the packaging of the product / s you want to return.
Do not label or write the outside of the packaging, as this may be a reason for depreciating the product.
Send the goods by the transit agency you prefer to the address.

- Once we receive the merchandise we will proceed to refund it.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the refund of the order within 5-7 working days after we have received the product/s and confirmed that everything is under the conditions set.
Reimbursement will be made with the same payment method I use to pay the order.
Cancel orders already placed
In case you want to cancel the order once made after 24 hours of being placed, you must request it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be charged of 10% of the order value for expenses of bank management.
If you make a purchase and pay by card, PayPal and credit before sending it, you decide to cancel the order, for whatever reason, we will charge a commission of 3% for the originating bank charges.
For orders of an amount greater than 600€ or containing manufacturing products on order, no cancellations are allowed, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the order or product to be canceled.
