Manage a warranty

All products on the website are new from the manufacturer and have a minimum of 2 years warranty from delivery. Certain manufacturers extend this guarantee until 3 or 5 years and is specified on the product page.

How to request the management of a warranty

To request a the management of a warranty:

  • "History and details orders" in your account.
  • Select the product/s being returned by checking the box.
  • Add an explanation as detailed as possible about the problem presented by the product. This will help the manufacturer's technical department to determine and solve the problem as soon as possible.
  • Click on the "Send refund request" button.

  • The request will be in the "pending confirmation" state. When our technical department confirms compliance with the general conditions (24/48h), we will send you an email to inform you about how the warranty will be managed with the manufacturer.

The following possibilities are fullfilled:

  1. REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT WITH SIMULTANEOUS COLLECTION. The dealer will deliver the replacement of the product and will collect the defective material (provided that the claim is accepted by our incident department).
  2. COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCT AND POSTERIOR REPOSITION. The product will be collected so that the technicians of the brand can examine it. The product will be repaired and, if it can not be repaired, the product will be replaced.
  3. PRODUCT NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. Once the product has been analyzed by the technical department of the manufacturer, it estimates that the incident has been caused by external causes (manipulation, incorrect installation, electrical breakdowns, hours of use, etc.). The product is excluded from the factory warranty and returned to its owner.
