I need to modify an order already placed
If you have already placed an order and want to change the delivery address or contact information, you have to send us an email ventas@igan-iluminacion.com or through the contact form located at the bottom of the page. Tell us the reference of your order and the new delivery address that you want to change.
If you have made a mistake in your delivery address (eg number or postal code), you can also correct it through the tracking email that you will receive from the transport agency once your order has left our warehouse and is in transit.
Modify the items in my order
Is not possible to modify the items in your order. In this case you can proceed to cancel the order, as long as it is within the period to request the cancellation.

In case that the order is in time to be canceled, we will proceed to cancel it and you will receive an email informing you that it has been cancelled.
