Akira by Redo is a pendant lamp with a contemporary design and trendy colors, made of sound-absorbing felt crafted from polyethylene terephthalate.

This material is derived from recycled plastic bottles, which are processed into small pellets and then extruded into fine and soft fibers. Layers of these fibers are pressed together to create a sound-absorbing felt sheet.

These qualities give the lamp an elegant textile appearance while also reducing sound reverberation in the environment. Thanks to its combination of innovative materials and balanced design, the Akira lamp is designed to enhance both lighting and acoustic comfort in any space.

Light color temperature warm white (3000k). Color Rendering Index CRI >90.

Available in two sizes:

  • Diameter Ø75cm: 1x12W SMD Samsung LED with a luminous flux of 950lm.
  • Dimensions 109x40cm: 1x24W SMD Samsung LED with a luminous flux of 1850lm.
