My order has arrived broken or manipulated

The orders are prepared with all the care and attention possible, but sometimes they can suffer damage during transport or show signs of tampering.

Keep in mind that a box can present a hit and the products that go inside are in perfect condition. The packaging is to protect the products, so the ideal is to check if the content is perfect.

Claims for breakages in shipment or delivery error should be communicated in within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to ventas@igan-iluminacion.com. In this case the shipping will be paid by Igan lighting and proceed to his immediate replacement by another equally without any charge to the customer.

No claim for breakages in the transport will be accepted after 24 hours from the reception of the order.
