How to Know the status of an order
You can know the status of your order from your customer panel (registered customers only), in the History section and order details.
We will tell you step by step the states by which your order will pass (Payment accepted, preparation in process, dispatched...)
When your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number and transport agency.
